Viva la CFA !

The night before my CFA exam, as I remorsefully review the costliest mistake (yet) of my life, there is a sense of gratitude and freedom. Gratitude because of the talents and means I have been blessed with and freedom because of the audacious decision I’ve made – to renounce that which I pursue merely out of duty and to consciously pursue that which brings me joy! Viva la CFA!

Café SaturDay…A Lot Did Happen Over Water ♥☺♥

For an event so special, ’twas a regular scene,

Standing adrift, just you and me,

No music no noise, not even a breeze,

No preconceived plan, just a regular scene,

You asked for some water,

Some water I got you.

Next thing I knew,

Succumbing to you.

Holding me so firmly in your divine embrace,

Setting off fireworks without a trace.

Your honey-lips engulfed mine and caressed my skin

It’s like you stun-gunned me from deep within.

With the very first attempt, you put me in such absolute stupor,

It weakened me so much, I didn’t recover.

The second time round, you sent my heart in a tizzy,

Depleting my strength, making me giddy,

So defenseless, so powerless you made me seem,

So delicate, so vulnerable, you made me feel.

I was still moonstruck, you tasted like Moonshine

When again you pressed you tender lips to mine.

Awakening my senses, feebly still,

Responding to your kiss was like plunging into bliss!

This phantasmagoria is now engraved in me forever,

This extraordinary affair etched in my memory for always-

To acquaint my heart to feel like a part of you,

To teach my mind to be one with you,

To excite a million springs to water my soul’s garden,

So it can blossom eternally with orchid-thoughts of you.

How we journey through the sands of time one can never know,

But for time immemorial, you will be planted in my soul.

Like I stated earlier, ’twas a regular scene,

Standing adrift, just you and me,

No music no noise, not even a breeze,

For an event so special, just a regular scene…
